Our resident dogs enjoying a lovely beach trip

Bridget our Dachshund was given 6 months to live with her cancer diagnosis, here she is 3 years later and cancer free.

Roux is our little disabled chihuahua with deformed front legs, she was going to be thrown in a river as a pup. Roux’s disability doesn’t stop her from having fun and she the bravest and loudest dog we have.

Susie is our deaf and blind poodle. Discarded at just 5 weeks of age due to her condition

Winston the brave bulldog was at risk of euthanasia due to his seizures, however after many investigations it was discovered that he had a deformed heart and had to have heart surgery at just 1 years old

Peggy the Chorkie was once living outside fed by neighbours, severly matted, covered in fleas, lice and sores

Ralph our original boy is our therapy dog and welcomes in all the rescues making feel safe in their time of need

Dog park fun

We like to hire out enclosed dog parks for our rescue dogs to roam free and to assess them and their recall. Here you can see them thoroughly enjoying themselves

William 🦨

Little William the skunk came to us for hand rearing after his mother started eating her young due to stress. By the time we got to the pet shop she had already killed 6 of her babies. William was just 3 weeks old his eyes still closed and he had a small puncher wound. He recovered quickly, and grew very fast. Here’s Williams story

Suzie 🐩

Suzie was born death and blind and discarded at 5 weeks old due to her condition. After a few days of being here she took a turn for the worst and ended up in hospital with Giardia and Coccidiosis Infection. This cleared but left her with bowel problems for the next year but we are pleased to say that she is all well now. Suzie has adapted tremendously to her disability and within her home she is just like any other dog. At the age of 1 years old Susie unfortunately had to have an eye removed due to the deformed shape it was causing irritationation, inflammation and infections  She uses Ralph as her guide and playmate and is a happy little girl
